We are looking for an experienced and hands-on AI Engineer to build an autonomous conversational agent that interacts with users based on their initial input and engages in agile, context-driven follow-up questions.

Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy an AI agent capable of analyzing the provided input (either text or document) and engaging in agile, context-sensitive conversations.
Develop an NLP model capable of interpreting documents, extracting keywords, qualifications, and demographics, and using this data to craft personalized questions.
Implement machine learning techniques to enable the bot to learn from interactions and improve its question flow and decision-making over time.
Ensure the bot adapts its questioning strategy based on responses, capturing key insights from the initial input.
Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define the bot's behavior, conversational flow, and response accuracy.

Requirements:
Proven experience in building conversational agents, chatbots,



or virtual assistants using AI technologies (e.g., GPT, BERT, Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.).
Solid knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), including experience with language models (GPT-3, BERT), intent recognition, entity extraction, and semantic parsing.
Expertise in Machine Learning (ML) techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, reinforcement learning, and active learning.
Experience with document parsing technologies to extract structured data from unstructured resume text.
Proficiency with AI and ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy, etc.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models and building scalable solutions.
Understanding of Reinforcement Learning (RL) for dialogue systems to improve agent behavior over time.
Experience with voice-enabled conversational bots.
