The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates to fill various positions within the organization.

We are looking for recruiters who have been working and can build relationship with the customers and consultants We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.
Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins




Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment as well as generalist activities for IT based company.
Short-listing the candidates based on the requirement.
Knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements, posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Our ideal recruiter holds an academic HR background combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates.
Candidate should have the 3 to 7 years experience in HR Domain
Candidate should have the Basic knowledge on Bench Sales and OPT internal Recruitment
