Key Responsibilities :
Plan, schedule, organize, execute and monitor continuous
flow reactions and continuous unit operations technology development at continuous process lab and pilot plant.
Commercial set up design and execution, commissioning and validation of continuous process.
Key Activities:
Ensure safety data generation and critical process parameter identification during lab optimization, piloting and further commercial manufacturing through available resources.
Review of PE process Process engineering reports, process engineering docket,
what if study report, PSI and PHA documents.
Review of BPCR, validation protocols and validation reports.
Review of pilot compaign and TT compaigns and providing support and planning resource as for same.
Liaise with other departments to meet functional goals.
Functional Knowledge /
In depth knowledge in concepts of Chemical Engineering & Plant Engineering, design Calculations, Equipment sizing, basic knowledge of process/chemistry.
Continuous flow reaction engg. & unit operations.
