Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company products or services.
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Accurately update lead details, call notes, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
Meet or exceed weekly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills (English and Hindi preferred).
Confidence and clarity while interacting over phone calls.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Robust interest in developing sales and communication skills.
Open to students currently pursuing graduation or recent graduates.
