Receipts of supplier MTC, PDI report with every lot.
Making Trends indicating quality problems for internal discussion & root cause analysis.
Submit CAPA for customer audit.
Compliance with all applicable internal, customer-related or statutory requirements.
Participating in Quality improvement activities as a team member.
Training down the line team member about quality parameters & latest trends.
Supplier wise quality rating sharing with supply chain.
Follow the norms of ESG (Setting , Social & Governance)
Review & updation of documents as per IATF / Customer requirements and maintain the record.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: B.E
Experience : 2+ Yrs
Knowledge :
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
Knowledge of PPAP document
QA MIS
Supplier Audit
Defect analysis
