Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role
Robust proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Experience in designing and developing scalable web applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
