As API Technology Manager you will professionally and organizationally manage individual manufacturing areas in the production of API, take part in resolving current technological issues, take part in technology transfer and introducing recent products, technologies and technological procedures, prepare and take part in drafting and reviewing technological-technical and validation documents, review production documents, control of technological and work discipline.
Tasks and duties:
Optimizing the process and improving production efficiency, quality and costs through process control.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving through investigating and resolving process-related issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
Continuous Improvement through leading initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence,
including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Design and implementation of recent or improved processes to achieve production goals.
Analyzing production data to drive improvements and document processes.
Finding opportunities to save costs in the production process.
Training and development with providing technical guidance and training to production teams on process best practices.
Collaboration with Stakeholders, working closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
