We are looking for an Information Security Engineer to manage and enhance our security posture in a regulated NBFC environment. The role involves security operations, vulnerability management, vendor risk management, and compliance with RBI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to security incidents (SIEM, EDR, firewalls)

Support vulnerability assessments and track remediation

Secure infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments

Support vendor security assessments and risk classification

Support RBI audits and maintain compliance documentation

Manage user access reviews and enforce least privilege

Drive security awareness and phishing simulation programs

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SIEM , XDR , Firewalls ,Email security , DLP, PAM,



WAF and MDM,

Knowledge of vulnerability management tools (Nessus, Qualys, etc.)

Understanding of network and endpoint security

Positive understanding cloud security, CSPM and CNAP

Familiarity with OWASP Top 10

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of RBI IT Guidelines and CERT- IN Directions

Exposure to ISO 27001

Certifications (Positive to Have)

CompTIA Security+

Cloud security certifications

CEH
