Collaborate with the IT team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and modules.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
Participate in troubleshooting and debugging issues within the ServiceNow workplace.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts related to ServiceNow development best practices and solutions.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Robust analytical and problem -solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Prior experience with ServiceNow development (preferred but not required).
