Location - Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh (Travel Required)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to lead the commercialization of our innovative building materials. The role involves driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships and promoting our products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, consultants and project developers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth
Identify and develop current business opportunities across retail, institutional and project segments
Appoint, manage, and support dealers, distributors and channel partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants and government agencies
Conduct product presentations, customer meetings and on-site demonstrations
Train sales executives and contractor training programmes to drive product adoption
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful product trials and customer support
Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and achieve assigned sales targets

Qualifications & Experience




Bachelor's degree Engineering and MBA in sales
7+ years of proven experience in sales of cement and other building materials such drymix mortars, tile adhesives, jointing mortar and plastering mortar
Demonstrated experience in dealer development, project sales and business development
Existing network within the construction industry will be an advantage Desired Skills
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities
Ability to lead and motivate sales team
Deep down understanding of the building materials and construction industry
Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel extensively
