Position Reports to : Corporate EHS Head & Plant Head

Plant Details : USFDA Formulation (OSD & Sterile) Manufacturing Plant

Job Location : Daman near Vapi (Gujarat).
Overall responsibility for EHS compliance as per statutory, ISO and internal standards.
Ensure legal compliance, timely filing of returns, licenses and liaison with statutory authorities (PCC, Fire, etc.).
Lead EHS audits (internal, external, regulatory & customer) and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
Drive risk assessment, hazard identification, deviation investigation and change management.
Oversee process safety management for existing and current products.
Plan and control EHS budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and monitor cost adherence.
Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, waste reduction, energy & water conservation initiatives.
Ensure EHS documentation, reporting and third-party compliance checks.
Lead people development, EHS training programs and capability building across the site.
