Drive bulk and mass hiring initiatives with quick turnaround time.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver accordingly.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Track and improve hiring metrics and processes.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
Proven experience in team handling / managing team leads.
Robust exposure to bulk & mass hiring.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Positive to Have
Experience in the real estate industry.

Education: Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)
