We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Simulator Automation Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cloud-based iOS simulator infrastructure, driving automation, scalability, and performance for enterprise-grade mobile testing solutions. You will also mentor engineers, influence technical strategy, and contribute to the evolution of next-generation virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable deployment pipelines for cloud-based iOS simulator settings.
Optimize iOS simulator startup performance and infrastructure efficiency to improve user experience.
Architect secure, reliable, and high-performance virtualization solutions for multi-tenant environments.
Integrate and maintain mobile automation frameworks such as Appium and XCTest, ensuring compatibility with the latest iOS and macOS releases.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
Evaluate emerging Apple technologies and virtualization advancements to continuously improve platform capabilities.
Contribute to technical design documentation,



architecture discussions, and engineering roadmaps.

Required Skills
5+ years of qualified software engineering experience with a focus on macOS/iOS infrastructure, automation, or virtualization.
Robust expertise in Xcode, iOS Simulator runtime, and Apple command-line tools.
Proven experience automating and managing macOS environments at scale.
Hands-on experience with Appium and XCTest in production environments.
Experience working with the Apple Virtualization Framework on Apple Silicon.
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and infrastructure automation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Skills
Solid knowledge of macOS internals, the Darwin kernel, hypervisors, and APFS.
Experience in native iOS development using Swift or Objective-C.
Familiarity with Apple virtualization tools such as Tart, Anka, or Orka.
Contributions to open-source projects such as Appium, Selenium, or other mobile automation communities.

Work Location
Gurugram
Hybrid work model: Work from the office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) and from home 2 days (Monday & Friday).
