Job Description:

We are hiring agile and motivated US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition and capable of sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
Screen resumes and evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit for client requirements
Conduct initial HR screening and interview coordination
Work on various IT requirements including Java, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, SAP, etc.
Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs




Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Ensure timely closures and quality submissions

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Solid sourcing and screening skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn
Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
Good negotiation and relationship management skills
