Uma Polymers Ltd. is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as Manager Receivables. The role focuses on managing customer receivables, credit control, collections tracking, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent command over MS Excel, and the ability to ensure timely recovery and accurate receivables reporting in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, and outstanding tracking.
Monitor customer credit limits, overdue accounts, and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
Prepare ageing analysis, receivables MIS, and cash flow projections for management review.
Perform regular reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth collection processes.




Support month-end closing activities related to receivables accounting.
Ensure accuracy in receivables data and maintain updated records in ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
1 - 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in receivables or finance function.
Solid expertise in MS Excel (must-have) including reporting, analysis, and data handling.
Good understanding of accounting principles and receivables management.
Experience in ERP systems like SAP, Tally, or similar will be preferred.
Robust analytical, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple customer accounts efficiently.
