Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and desktop systems.
Manage macOS devices including Apple MacBook and Apple iMac used within the organization.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user access control.
Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks, WiFi access points, routers, and switches.
Administer email systems and cloud services such as Google Workspace.
Ensure data backup, endpoint security, and antivirus protection.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues.
Support IT infrastructure during events, festivals, and conferences (WiFi setup, laptops, printers, temporary networking).
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, rentals, and repairs.
Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and infrastructure documentation.
