In all, including contract labour, employing about 6500 employees. We are into the manufacture of Transformer Radiators, Transformer Tanks both for domestic consumption & exports.
In all the above stated units HR Executives are functioning to look after day to day functions of the units/factories, wherein HR Executives will function in General, first, second and night shifts.
The post we are looking for Manager HR will be reporting directly to the Managing Director of the companies and will be responsible for:
(i) Over all HR functions;
(ii)
Guiding & supervising all HR Executives/Managers functioning at the above named units/factories
(iii)Recruitments, both direct & contract employees
(iv) Compliance with all statutory requirements under all labour statutes and liaison with the said authorities
(v) Compliance under pollution control statutes & liaison with the said statutory authorities
(Vi) Interfacing with Heads of different Departments of the factory for effective implementation of HR policies & procedures in line with core organizational objectives.
(Vii) Planning manpower requirements according to the needs of the organization, by interacting with departments concerned keeping in view the market and the financial aspects.
(Viii) Identification of training programmes, Coordinating & arranging training for employees.
(ix) Maintaining cordial industrial relations, discipline & harmonious working setting across all employees and factory department officials concerned.
