Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Control Command Lead to manage Fly Ash transportation and disposal operations at thermal power plant sites. The candidate will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating daily operations to ensure protected, timely, and cost-effective fly ash evacuation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily and monthly fly ash dispatch operations.
Coordinate with plant officials, transporters, vendors, and contractors.
Ensure smooth vehicle movement, loading, and unloading operations.
Monitor fly ash disposal at designated locations such as brick plants, quarries, and ash dykes.
Maintain MIS reports, dispatch records, and trip reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with EHS and statutory requirements.
Lead and supervise the site operations team.

Eligibility
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Thermal Power Plant, Fly Ash Management, Ash Handling, Logistics, or Plant Operations.
