Position: Facility Manager Soft Services
Location: Nagpur (Mouda) - (Client Site)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: 45,000 Net Take-Home per Month
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day soft service operations, including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure optimum manpower deployment.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Resolve client concerns promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
Manage attendance, shift planning, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate
3–5 years of experience in soft services/facility management.
Robust experience in housekeeping operations, vendor management, and team handling.
Valuable communication, coordination, and client management skills.
