Roles and Responsibilities :
Lead the development of Power BI solutions for capacity management, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy reports and dashboards.
Provide technical guidance on best practices for data modeling, visualization, and reporting using Power BI tools.
Ensure seamless integration of Power BI solutions with existing systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and semantic models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
Gather business requirements from leadership and functional teams and deliver scalable analytics solutions for decision making.




Develop and optimize Power BI datasets, DAX measures, data models, and Power Query transformations.
Administer and maintain Power BI Service and Fabric settings including capacities, gateways, workspaces, security, deployment pipelines, governance, and licensing.
Modernize and automate existing Excel/manual reporting processes using Power BI, Fabric, and Power Platform solutions.
Build and support Fabric-based solutions including Dataflows Gen2, Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake integration, and other emerging Fabric capabilities.
