Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facade Designer to join our team at EWPL. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts into technically sound, energy-effective, and structurally viable facade systems. You will collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors from concept design through to site installation.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, shop drawings, and BIM models for various facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, window walls).
Conduct thermal, acoustic, and structural analysis to ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.
Source and evaluate materials, finishes, and systems for performance and cost-effectiveness.
Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and participate in factory/site quality inspections and mock-up testing.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience specializing in facade design or building envelope engineering.
Proficiency in Revit/ AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of weatherproofing, structural loading, and material science.
