Role & responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statements.
Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and GST audits.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, trusts, etc.
Prepare and file TDS returns and handle TDS-related compliance.
Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST data, and manage GST compliance.
Prepare replies to notices received from Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other government departments.
Prepare tax computations and assist in tax planning.
Handle ROC compliances including:
Company incorporation
Annual filings
Director-related compliances
Change in registered office, directors, share capital, etc.
Assist in MCA, LLP, PAN, TAN, DIN, DSC, IEC, and other regulatory compliances.
Coordinate with clients for obtaining information and resolving compliance issues.
Maintain statutory records, working papers, and documentation.




Use accounting and compliance software such as Tally, Busy, Computax, MCA V3, GST Portal, TRACES, Income Tax Portal, and MS Excel.
Perform any other professional assignments entrusted by partners from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile
Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards and taxation.
Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, and MCA compliances.
Proficiency in Tally, Busy, MS Excel, and tax software.
Positive analytical and drafting skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and client-handling skills.
