We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Backend Sales Executive in the Switchgear & Automation Sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on switchgear and automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop current products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.




Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the import and export industry.
Strong knowledge of switchgear and automation solutions, including products and applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with international clients and managing global sales operations is an added advantage.
