Role Overview

ASICS India is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and experienced Store Manager to spearhead operations at our flagship Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) store in Jaipur. You will take complete ownership of the stores P&L;, visual standards, staff development, and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & P&L;: Drive the store to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of store associates and sales executives.
Operations: Oversee end-to-end boutique daily workflows, including cash handling, inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS reporting.
Brand Compliance: Ensure premium visual merchandising standards comply strictly with global ASICS retail guidelines.
Customer Experience:



Cultivate a high-engagement service setting to maintain standard customer loyalty and satisfaction .

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduate degree or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 7 to 9 years of core premium retail experience, with at least 5 years in a retail managerial or supervisory role.
Domain: Direct background working with global athletic footwear, sportswear, or high-end lifestyle fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, data-driven analytical capability for retail metrics, and proficiency in MS Excel.
