Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and drive a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.

Own and manage end-to-end sales performance, revenue generation, and P&L; accountability.

Build, train, and scale a team of 10–15 sales professionals.

Develop and maintain a solid network of clients, channel partners, and referral sources.

Identify business opportunities and drive conversions through solid negotiation and sales strategies.

Provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance on property investments.

Stay updated on market trends, local property developments, laws, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to achieve overall business goals.

Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and sales funnel effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales Team Management in Real Estate / Retail / Insurance / Loan industries.





Proven experience in team handling and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, Communication, and Leadership.

Ability to independently build and scale teams.

Strong understanding of the local market and property landscape.

Ability to drive performance with a result-oriented mindset.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
