Role & responsibilities
Production Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute daily production as per the PMC schedule and production requirements to achieve delivery targets.
Report production issues on time and coordinate with ME, PRJ, QA, IE, and other departments to resolve them. Escalate major issues as per the defined process.
Allocate manpower, machines, and tools efficiently to improve productivity.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities such as Benchmarking, SGA, IKW, and other improvement initiatives to increase OEE and UPH.
Shop Floor Management & Process Control
Implement and maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and disciplined workplace.
Conduct regular 5S audits, evaluate employee performance, and implement reward and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company execution programs and identify/resolve risks such as CTR/CTS.
Monitor production costs and implement effective cost-saving measures.
Improve product quality, reduce rejection and scrap,



and minimize customer complaints.
Ensure accuracy of production reports and inventory records while reducing excess and slow-moving stock.
Safety Management
Promote safety awareness and ensure employees operate machines and equipment safely.
Conduct regular safety inspections and take preventive actions to avoid accidents.
Follow and implement all company safety policies and product safety requirements.
Team Development & Culture
Train employees on SOPs, job skills, and workplace safety.
Develop future leaders by identifying high-potential employees, providing coaching, and preparing development plans.
Promote company values and departmental culture while encouraging employee engagement initiatives.
Support employee selection, promotion, and continuous process improvement.
