Role & responsibilities
Responsible of all Operational and functional activities of the following plants in shifts: a) Poly process - P1, P2 & Pilot plant b) Refine operation (P1 & P2)
To oversee the shift management of various resources such as DCS Supervisors, Field workman & contract manpower.
Responsible for issuing secure work permits for plant maintenance tasks/activities.
Responsible for equipment isolation and tag out in the case of planned maintenance or an unplanned processing incident.
Responsible for coordinating shift turnover, writing shift reports in the shift logbook and overseeing the execution of the daily instruction plan from HOD.
Responsible for verifying all field logbooks relating to domains like as (additives, amines, PTMEG, DMAC (dimethyl acetamide) and field reading) etc.
To coordinate with the maintenance technician group to perform breakdowns as needed and arrange any additional resources as needed.
