Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional to manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist responsibilities within our IT staffing organization. The role includes handling end-to-end in-house recruitment for technical positions, supporting HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and minimal administrative activities to ensure seamless HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle in-house recruitment for IT and non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with delivery and business teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely closures.
Maintain and update employee information accurately using ATS and HRMS tools.
Oversee HR operations including attendance, leave,



payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage onboarding and exit processes effectively.
Handle minimal admin responsibilities related to office coordination and support functions.

Requirements:
MBA in Human Resources or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and HR generalist activities, preferably in an IT staffing setting.
Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a quick-paced, team-oriented workplace.
