Role & responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for PEB manufacturing.
Prepare production plans based on customer orders and project timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track material availability and optimize production schedules.
Monitor daily production, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain production reports, MIS, and inventory records.
Ensure productive utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
Follow quality standards and safety procedures throughout the production process.

Required Skills:
Experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within the PEB or structural steel industry.
Knowledge of fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Robust planning, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
