Job Overview:

Uma Polymers Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career in finance and accounting within the manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for independently handling the day-to-day accounting activities of one of our manufacturing units while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned manufacturing unit.
Record, verify, and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
Process vendor invoices, customer billing, and payment-related documentation.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely updating of financial records.




Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance by maintaining required documentation.
Support monthly financial reporting, MIS preparation, and internal/external audit activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. M.Com. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements. Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.
Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts will be preferred. Robust analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
