*Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

*Preferred Certifications: NDT Level II/III, CSWIP/CWI, ISO 9001 Lead/Internal Auditor

Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the QA/QC team and quality operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer specifications, and industry quality requirements.
Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections of PEB products.
Monitor welding quality, NDT activities, dimensional inspection, and painting quality.
Handle customer audits, third-party inspections, and quality documentation.
Drive root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.




Coordinate with Production, Design, and Projects to resolve quality issues and improve process efficiency.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration of inspection equipment.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of PEB manufacturing, structural steel fabrication, welding, and quality control.
Hands-on experience in NDT, welding inspection, and ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
