Role & responsibilities

• Perform pre-treatment (cleaning, degreasing, phosphating) of metal parts.

• Apply powder coating using spray guns on various surfaces (steel, aluminum).

• Operate and monitor conveyorized systems and curing ovens.

• Conduct quality checks for finish, thickness, and adherence to specs. • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.

• Maintain a clean and secure work area, following 5S principles.

• Proper storage and disposal of powders and chemicals.

• Manage daily production schedules and workflow in the paint shop.

• Lead, train, and supervise a team of operators.

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

• Coordinate maintenance for all coating & finishing equipment.

• Implement and enforce safety regulations (PPE, hazard handling).

• Address production bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Educational Qualification

Diploma (Mech/Paint Technology ) or B. Tech (Mech/Paint Technology )
