Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate qualified leads, build relationships, and close digital marketing deals across international markets. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing services and can independently drive revenue growth through multi-channel outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Clutch, Upwork, Crunchbase, Google Maps, referrals, communities, and industry events.




Prospect and connect with business owners, founders, CEOs, CMOs, and marketing decision-makers.
Book discovery calls and convert prospects into clients.
Present GI's services and prepare winning proposals.
Build strategic partnerships and referral channels.
Maintain CRM and manage the complete sales pipeline.

Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales/business development experience.
Proven experience selling Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media or Branding services.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar CRM tools.
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience targeting UK, US, UAE, Australia, or European markets is preferred.

Compensation

Fixed Salary + High Performance-Based Commission + Growth Incentives.
