Role & Responsibilities
Prepare and process all pre-shipment export documentation, including Customs Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Insurance Declaration, Freight Certificate, and other statutory documents.
Prepare post-shipment documentation for customers and banks as per INCOTERMS and country-specific import requirements.
Prepare and verify Bill of Lading (B/L) instructions, Advance Cargo Declarations, and coordinate with shipping lines for final documentation.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, DGFT guidelines, and EXIM Policy requirements.
Monitor and complete export obligations under Advance Authorization and EPCG Authorization schemes.
Coordinate with Authorized Dealer (AD) Banks for SDF/GR closure and export realization documentation.
Maintain export records, shipment details, rack details, roll position details,



and export data in ERP/software.
Prepare and update Advance Authorization, EPCG licenses, drawback records, and raw material consumption registers.
Verify export documentation by comparing Packing Notes, Packing Lists, Proforma Invoices, Purchase Orders, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with internal departments including Marketing, Finished Goods & Stores, and Import for timely shipment execution.
Liaise with Clearing Agents, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment movement.
Track export shipments online and provide timely shipment status updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
