Role & responsibilities
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and other online platforms to source potential IT candidates to bench.
Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through call, email, phone, and social media to introduce them to opportunities in market and get them placed with reputated clients.
Strong experience and understanding of US sourcing especially OPT process
Solid experience in hiring GC/US citizens from Job portals, and networks, and a prior database of candidates.
Capable of getting students/experienced person for any technology training.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process.
Should have valuable knowledge on various technologies in the market.
Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.
Maintaining good database OPT candidates.

Preferred candidate profile
2-3yrs exp in opt sourcing/ US Sourcing specialist
Strong oral and written communication skills
Should be willing to work in night shift ( IST 7PM TO 4 AM)
Should have a positive remote working system ( Laptop/wifi etc)
