Job Description: Corporate (In-house) Recruiter
Position: Corporate Recruiter (In-house)

? Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for niche IT roles across services and product domains.

Drive recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (social media, networking, referrals, job boards) to attract top talent.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and data integrity in ATS/HR systems.

Represent RTS as a trusted brand ambassador,



enhancing employer branding initiatives.

Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to influence hiring decisions.

Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements in talent acquisition.

✅ Required Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in corporate/in-house recruitment.

Proven track record in IT industry hiring (services and/or product companies).

Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing channels.
