Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement continuous improvements for existing copper chemical manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, cut costs,
- enhance quality, and ensure safety.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- New Product Development (NPD):
- Lead the entire NPD pipeline for new copper chemicals, from research and lab trials to pilot, manufacturing scale-up, and commercialization.
- Develop processes & specifications, and manage documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Production for technology transfer and scale-up.
- Partner with Quality Control (QC) on analytical methods and quality.
- Engage external experts to accelerate development.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure all current products and processes meet relevant industry standards, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Process Engineering, Mass & Energy Transfer, Design & Use of Reactors, and Chemical Reactions.
- Familiarity with chemical plant operations.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication.
