Responsibilities:
As Digital Integration Analyst – Supply Chain Business in Navi Mumbai, you will:
- Design and implement automation solutions, or collaborate with IT teams, to develop AI/ML
use cases that enhance supply chain performance.
- Support the automation of audit checks for every SP run and month-end cycle, and trigger
alerts when discrepancies are detected.
- Support root-cause analysis for PLAN Comind tickets related to IT BI, Data Lake, Interfaces,
and Master Data Management (MDM).
- Collaborate with Data Lake, Interface, IT BI, and MDM teams to track progress and ensure
timely resolution of tickets.
- Support the prioritization of Comind tickets based on business impact, urgency, and
operational dependencies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve ticket handling efficiency and optimize workload management.
We’re Looking For:
- Education: Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- Job Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
- Data engineering and data modeling
- Automation and optimization
- ML solutions
- Agentic AI and AI-driven automation
