The Transaction Services team will be a muti skilled team. The work encompasses cash operations, asset servicing, trade operations, and derivatives. We are looking for someone who likes working as part of a team and is comfortable with a rapid-paced operations environment. A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you with your role in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the transactions and events you are assigned and responsible for are processed within deadlines, following up and escalating as appropriate.
Prioritise your own workload effectively, understands when to flag / escalate to more senior members of the team.
Assist with the resolution of any queries, stock & cash reconciliation breaks assigned to you. Escalate unresolved queries or breaks based on agreed criteria i.e. age, value, client profile.
Take ownership of any ad-hoc tasks and project work assigned to you and deliver within agreed timelines.
Manage client and stakeholder queries pro-actively,
with particular focus on quality and timeliness of communication
Utilise department controls and procedures honestly and effectively, taking steps to call out and minimise any risks.
Suggest, explore and help to implement ideas to save time and cost, reduce risk and improve service quality.
Collaborate with others to help build a positive and supportive working environment.
Establish a close working relationship with other operational areas, the Portfolio Implementers, Dealers and all external parties, liaising on matters relating to day-to-day operations.
