As a Clinical Application Specialist, APT, you will play a key role in supporting the adoption and clinical application of advanced diagnostic solutions across healthcare organizations. Working closely with sales, marketing, and clinical stakeholders, you will provide scientific expertise, deliver product demonstrations, and strengthen customer engagement throughout the region. This role combines clinical knowledge, technical consulting, and customer relationship management to help improve the effective use of innovative healthcare technologies. Accountabilities:




- Lead product demonstrations across the assigned region, ensuring compliance with demonstration standards and delivering engaging scientific presentations.
- Support strategic sales opportunities by participating in customer visits and providing clinical expertise during advanced stages of the sales cycle.
- Partner with regional sales leadership to identify new market opportunities and expand the clinical applications of diagnostic solutions.
- Drive competitive replacement initiatives by positioning solutions against competing technologies and supporting business growth strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, healthcare professionals, and end users through ongoing scientific engagement.
- Respond to clinical and application-related customer inquiries within established service timelines, collaborating with subject matter experts when needed.
