Deputy Manager | Enabling Area - Risk & Brand Protection| Ethics & Compliance

The Team

Ethics Team: Training & communications, ethics case management, monitoring, and compliances activities, etc.

Your Work Profile

Leading Ethics Case Inquiries

· Develop inquiry approach and methodology

· Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports

· Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up

· Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process

Program Governance & Reporting

· Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes

· Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships

Training & Awareness

· Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels





· Deliver training sessions across geographies under India

· Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance

Program Monitoring & Compliance

· Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs

· Track progress and address gaps proactively

POSH Portfolio Management

· Maintain and update POSH policies

· Develop and conduct POSH training programs

· Ensure compliance with POSH requirements

· Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling

Key Skills Required

-
- Master’s degree in human resources / personnel management / MBA / CA / CS / LLB
- Experience in conducting ethics inquiries
- Excellent drafting and communication skill
- Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
- Passion to build relationships and collaborate
- Matured and emphatic
