You will be responsible for identifying high-potential partners, initiating conversations, and converting them into long-term, performance-driven relationships. The role blends business development, relationship management, and performance marketing, requiring both strong commercial instincts and disciplined execution. You will spend significant time prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships while also nurturing existing partners to maximize engagement and subscriber growth. Accountabilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential affiliate partners including publishers, influencers, comparison platforms, and content creators aligned with growth objectives.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, driving conversations from outreach through to signed agreements.
- Conduct partner calls and product demos to communicate value, influence decision-making, and close deals effectively.
- Manage end-to-end outreach and communication workflows, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent movement across the pipeline.
- Onboard partners using affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact), ensuring accurate setup, tracking, and payout configuration.
- Nurture and grow existing partnerships by maintaining regular communication, providing support, and driving performance improvements.
