A fast-scaling digital-first brand in the Fitness & Wellness sector, we’re redefining how consumers discover, engage with, and stay committed to their health journeys through dynamic social storytelling, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven campaigns. Role & Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end social media growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts & Facebook—with a focus on follower acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Script, storyboard, and produce scroll-stopping short-form video content optimized for virality and audience resonance in the fitness niche.
- Run A/B tests on content formats, CTAs, hashtags, and posting cadence to maximize reach, engagement rate, and cost-per-acquisition.
- Build and manage relationships with micro & macro fitness influencers—negotiate partnerships, track ROI, and scale creator-led campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze platform analytics (Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio)



to refine content calendars and performance targets weekly.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to sync social content with product launches, promotions, and customer milestone campaigns.
