You will act as a true Agile coach, guiding teams beyond basic Scrum execution toward full self-organization and maturity. Accountabilities:
- Agile Coaching & Facilitation: Guide teams in applying Scrum and Agile principles effectively,



facilitating ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a coaching-first mindset that encourages ownership and self-discovery.
- Team Empowerment: Build and sustain high-performing, self-managing teams by fostering psychological safety, encouraging experimentation, and enabling continuous improvement toward autonomy.
- Product Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Owners to strengthen backlog refinement, prioritization, and value-driven delivery while reinforcing healthy Agile boundaries.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Leverage agile metrics and delivery data to identify bottlenecks, improve flow, and support evidence-based conversations around planning and forecasting.
