We are seeking a skilled Storage Engineer with proficiency in the Japanese language to support enterprise-level storage infrastructure and collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients and teams. The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing storage systems while ensuring high availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform storage provisioning, data migration, replication, and backup configuration.
- Monitor storage performance, capacity, and health across multi-site environments.
- Provide Level 1/2/3 support for complex storage issues.
- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, translating technical requirements as needed.
