job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our furniture rental and event decoration services. The role involves extensive fieldwork, client meetings, site visits, lead generation, and relationship management with event planners, corporate clients, wedding organizers, decorators, and other businesses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet potential clients including event planners, wedding organizers, corporate offices, banquet halls, hotels, builders, and decorators.
- Promote the company's furniture rental, event setup, and decoration services.
- Conduct client presentations and explain service offerings.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and pricing as per client requirements.




- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.

Field Operations
- Conduct regular market visits to identify recent business opportunities.
- Visit event venues and client locations for site inspections and project discussions.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for execution of confirmed orders.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Reporting
- Maintain daily sales reports, visit reports, and lead trackers.
- Update CRM or sales records regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
