Headsup Corporation is hiring for its client in the Beauty & Self Care industry for the RM Sourcing Manager position. We are looking for a commercially driven procurement professional who can manage end-to-end raw material sourcing while ensuring cost efficiency, quality compliance, and timely supply.
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Sourcing

Identify and onboard new raw material suppliers

Negotiate pricing, credit terms, MOQs, and supply agreements

Ensure consistent quality and uninterrupted material availability
Cost Optimization
-
Conduct market benchmarking and pricing analysis
-
Drive cost reduction initiatives
-
Monitor margins and input cost fluctuations
Vendor & Supply Coordination
-
Maintain strong vendor relationships
-
Coordinate with production & operations for demand planning
-
Monitor inventory to prevent stock-outs or excess stock
Compliance & Documentation

Maintain purchase documentation and supplier database

Track vendor performance
-
Ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements

3–4 years of experience in raw material sourcing / procurement

Solid negotiation and commercial acumen
-
Experience in Beauty / FMCG / Manufacturing preferred

Good understanding of costing, margins, and supply chain coordination
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
