This is a high-impact strategic execution role sitting at the core of a rapid-scaling financial super app organization. You will work directly with senior leadership to translate vision into execution across multiple products, markets, and cross-functional teams. The role blends strategy, operations, and problem-solving, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and delivered with speed and precision. You will help shape operating rhythms, drive accountability, and ensure leadership decisions are executed effectively across the organization. Acting as a key connector across product, engineering, finance, and partnerships, you will remove friction and accelerate progress on critical initiatives. Drive end-to-end execution of key finance super app priorities, ensuring alignment between leadership strategy and cross-functional delivery.
- Operating Rhythm & Governance: Build and manage the organization’s operating cadence, including OKRs, leadership reviews, performance tracking, decision logs, and accountability systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate major initiatives across product, engineering, finance, licensing, partnerships, operations, and market expansion teams.
- Executive Communication: Prepare high-quality decision memos, leadership updates, board materials, and structured execution plans to support informed decision-making.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Identify execution gaps, risks, and dependencies early, ensuring proactive resolution before they impact delivery.
