About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals who are interested in building a career in HR and IT Recruitment. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to learn recruitment processes, communication skills, and talent acquisition strategies in the IT industry.

Candidates who perform well during the 6-month training period will be considered for permanent placement within the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT recruitment processes and hiring lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback




- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Learn basic HR operations and onboarding coordination
- Build professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Support recruitment drives, campus hiring, and employee engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / MBA HR / BBA / PGDM or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing
- Passion for working in a fast-paced IT setting
