This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and scale a new Forex and CFD business for the Indian market from the ground up. The role carries full commercial ownership, including strategy, team building, partnerships, and P&L; responsibility. You will be responsible for defining and executing market entry strategy, establishing solid local operations, and driving sustained business growth in a highly competitive trading environment. The position requires a strong mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with direct impact on revenue generation, trader acquisition, and partner ecosystem development. You will lead cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, and partnerships while shaping the brand’s presence in the region. This is a high-autonomy role suited for a commercially driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented financial markets.

Accountabilities:




- Lead the launch and expansion of a new Forex and CFD brand in the Indian market, owning overall business strategy and execution.
- Define and implement market entry strategies, ensuring strong local positioning and sustainable long-term growth.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing teams across business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships.
- Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
- Design commission structures and incentive programs to optimize partner performance and engagement.
- Oversee localized marketing and sales initiatives aimed at increasing active traders, deposits, and trading volumes.
